‘Driving Impact: SAP's Social Sabbatical Experience in Malaysia’

Women Of Will Malaysia had the opportunity to collaborate with SAP Social Sabbatical experts from around the world during a four-week impact-driven engagement in Kuala Lumpur.

The collaboration focused on strengthening organizational growth through recommendations in people development, process improvement, and technology enhancement. SAP professionals worked closely with the WOW team through immersion sessions, field visits, interviews, and strategic workshops to better understand community programs and operational needs.

The engagement resulted in a practical roadmap designed to support sustainable growth and long-term social impact across Malaysia and beyond. The experience also fostered meaningful cross-cultural collaboration and knowledge exchange between global experts and local changemakers.
